Jeff breaks up with Hayley causing her to go on a rampage and destroy the mall. Trying to prevent any future Hayley rampages, Stan begins to vet her perspective boyfriends. Later, Francine stumbles upon Hayley making out with what looks like Stan. Francine confronts Stan about this and it is revealed that Hayley was making out with Bill, Stan's exact body double from the CIA. Francine is disgusted with Hayley's new boyfriend, while Stan is overjoyed. When Stan finds Bill trying to seduce Francine, Stan throws Bill out of the house and away from Hayley forever. In order to keep Hayley from going on another rampage, Stan hides the truth about Bill and instead poses at Bill in an attempt to get Hayley to break up with him. Meanwhile, Roger, Steve, and some chickens embark on a "summer of exotic adventure."
